Free to use and supervised. Helmets must be worn. Open dawn to dusk. Very crowded. Virginia Beach needs at least 2 or 3 more public skateparks to reduce the crowds.

Ramps/bowl built by True-Ride. True-Ride could be classified as a modular company. If that is true, the good thing about their parks it that they have a custom built feel to them. They are well constucted and the bowl was fun to skate.
