Windsor has a very uninspiring street course, but the bowl makes up for it with some big terrain. Transitions are not very smooth in places; word is during the construction, the bowl area had to be jackhammered to fix tranny problems. There are plenty of roll-in spots, good coping, good hips, etc. It doesn't have the smoothest concrete finish. Overall not a bad park, but not great either. The park was empty when I skated it (5-6pm on a Saturday). Typical CA rules & regulations in place... Another Wormhoudt creation. No lights & Free to use.

DIRECTIONS: Drive on Highway 101 North of Santa Rosa. Exit at Arata Lane and turn right. Then, make a Right on Brooks Road. The skate park will be located on the left hand side inside Hiram Lewis Park.
